Bookings

  • The most convenient way to book a service is online.

    To book a treatment, you must be at least 19 years old, and a valid credit card will be required to secure your booking.

    PRIORITY BOOKING

    From October to May, appointments are available to both resort and non-resort clients. A Pacific Sands Beach Resort reservation confirmation is not required during that time.

    From June to September, Pacific Sands Beach Resort guests receive priority booking. Any bookings further than 5 days out will need your Pacific Sands Beach Resort reservation confirmation number. Bookings within five days of the service are open to all clients, and no reservation confirmation is necessary.

    Due to the logistics, couples services are not available for online bookings. To request a side-by-side treatment, contact us directly.

  • We accept bookings up to two months in advance. As soon as the 60-day booking window opens, appointments will become visible on our online booking site.

  • Yes, you can.

    October - May

    Bookings are open to all clients. No reservation number is required.

    June - September

    Early bookings are reserved for registered resort guests.

    Any bookings within five days of the treatment are open to anyone, and no resort reservation confirmation number will be required.

    If you are not staying at the Pacific Sands Beach Resort, we recommend looking at our online booking page closer to the desired dates to see our last-minute availability.

  • Yes, you can! We offer side-by-side treatments. A team of two practitioners can treat both of you in our boutique spa treatment room.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    There is an additional charge of 10 CAD per person for all couples services.

    Side-by-side treatments are not available for RMT services.

  • If you didn’t receive an appointment confirmation within 10 minutes of booking, there might be a typo in your email address, or it could have landed in your spam folder.

    To correct your email address, please send us a message with the correct address. Once updated, we will resend the confirmation.

    Upon receiving your confirmation, please double-check your appointment date and time. We also recommend subscribing to appointment reminders and adding the booking to your calendar.

  • Our schedule tends to fill up quickly, but we have a waitlist!

    On our online booking site, select your desired date and treatment. At the bottom left, you will see the waitlist option.

    Choose the treatment and dates you are available.

    If we have any cancellations or changes in the schedule, clients on the waitlist will get notified first and receive priority to book the service.

Treatments and Practitioners

  • Absolutely!

    You can select your practitioner when booking online, or let us know if you have a preference while booking with us directly.

  • Yes, we do!

    If you wish to book an RMT service, you can do this through our online booking portal by selecting RMT services.

    Please note that we don’t offer RMT treatments as side-by-side services.

  • We offer prenatal treatments.

    However, not all our practitioners provide this service. Please inform us if you or the person you wish to book for is expecting, or select the prenatal massage option while booking online (available for RMT and non-RMT services).

    To place your bookings, we will need both names, emails, plus a valid credit card to hold the reservations.

    If you plan the side-by-side treatment as a surprise, please let us know in advance. In that case, we will send both booking confirmations to your email.

    (Side-by-side treatments are not available as RMT treatments.)

Payments, Changes, and Cancellations

  • You can make changes or cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without any penalties.

    Please know that we cannot make any changes/cancellations within 24 hours, and your credit card will be automatically charged for the treatment(s) you booked.

  • You can change or cancel your treatment up to 24 hours before the appointment.

    To make changes or cancel an appointment, click on your booking confirmation or access your Jane client profile.

    Once you're in your profile, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    If you have difficulties canceling or changing your appointment online, we're happy to assist you during our admin hours.

    Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm.

    On weekends, we have reduced admin hours. For urgent matters, please email us with the subject line "URGENT".

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Bookings within 24 hours of the treatment are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • You can book a service online in your name or contact us directly to schedule.

    If booking online, please include the full name of the person receiving the treatment in the "note section" so our team knows who to expect. If it is for an RMT service, we will create a separate client profile for the person you wish to gift the service. This way, everything is in the correct order for later claiming with your extended health insurance.

    Did you know we also offer gift certificates?

    We can issue gift cards for a specific dollar amount or a particular service. Once processed, you can opt to have the gift card mailed (arrives in 7-10 business days) or sent as a printable version via email.

  • Even though we require a credit card to book a service, we do not take any early payments.

    Please bring your preferred method of payment to your appointment. We accept Interact Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash.

    We don’t charge services to the room or offer direct billing for RMT services.
